Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criterias such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method. To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your shopping cart, select your shipping method, proceed to checkout and you will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed. On orders with more than one main item, you may be subject to additional shipping charges which you would be notified of prior to us billing your credit card. Due to price fluctuation on electronics papaya.com.hr can not always offer price protection on already shipped products.
If you do not select an appropriate shipping method, your order will be adjusted accordingly to the proper shipping method and rate. Oversized products may be subject to additional shipping fee’s.

Please note that the selected shipping method is only guaranteed from the date of shipment.
With the purchase of event tickets there is no shipping thus no shipping fee applies. Tickets are etickets which are exchangeable at the venue for proper festival ticket/wristband. All customers must have a printed confirmation of purchase and have a valid picture ID which corresponds to the purchaser name on the confirmation of purchase.
Papaya.com.hr (Future simple d.o.o.) will accept a return only for damaged goods. For all event tickets all sales are final. All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 5% of the total transaction charge. Returns are processed in the order in which they are received. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time your return is received. Returns that require a refund may take an additional 5-7 business days before a credit is applied to your charge card, PayPal, or Alertpay account. All returns must include all merchandise or services sold under the same order number and invoice. Please understand these orders are often sold as kit/ packages and we can not resell those items independently. We will therefore not accept partial order returns, regardless of the reason for return, unless specifically authorized by us in writing.

Club Papaya (Future simple d.o.o.) reserves the right to change the program, dates and make other changes without prior notification.
In the case of cancellation from the side of the artist, customers that purchased the ticket via papaya.com.hr can ask for the refund via email and the refund will be sent to the same paymant method they used when purchasing the ticket. Credit card charges and bank fees that were applied when papaya.com.hr (Future simple d.o.o.) received the paymant, either from the customers bank or papaya.com.hr (Future simple d.o.o.) bank, will be deducted from the refund.
Papaya.com.hr (Future simple d.o.o.) is not responsible in any way nor is obliged to refund any purchases due to any vis major (natural disasters, wars...) situations which can result in act/festival cancellation.
