Lucija is a premium house with a pool. is located near the center of Novalja. It is very close to the pebble beach, restaurants and bars. The house is divided into nine apartments in total. three apartments for four people, four apartments for six people, one apartment for eight people and one premium apartment also for eight people. All nine apartments are modernly decorated. All the apartments are equipped with air-conditioning, wi-fi, bathroom and kitchen utilities. All the apartments  have their own balconies or terrace and guests are guaranteed a parking spot.
